All Transcripts, One ZIP — Yours for Free
I just finished fixing all the transcript display issues, especially for the JSON-formatted episodes. Every single episode now has a complete transcript. Yup, I did most of it manually to cut down on Replit credits and keep things simple to debug.
I also cleaned up the backend: deleted some useless tables, fixed TypeScript errors, and improved how transcripts get parsed—now it handles both plain text and JSON formats with smart fallback logic.
Mobile chat’s better too. Sticky input, smooth scrolling, and proper spacing if you’re on a phone with a notch.
